In Memoriam......
......Ricky Chuipek

Rick Chuipek
 1957 - 2006

The tide recedes, but leaves behind bright sea shells on the sand.
The sun goes down, but gentle light still lingers on the land.
The music ends, but yet it echoes on in sweet refrain.
For everything that passes, something beautiful remains.

The Sadness of Loss.....

How sad to look around with only despair
How sad not to realize how many do care...

To think for a moment you won't really be missed
Makes a sadness flow over those you've left behind...

The Knights are a unit, a cluster, a group
And a spot now is vacant...
That use to be yours

You're missed, treasured and loved
By those friends whose lives you have touched.....
Your memory lives on.....

A note from Jerry LaRocca....
I saw the notice and photo of Ricky's passing on our website, I think it is very well done. I actually went to the website yesterday and looked again at all the reunion photos, not just to look for Ricky but everyone and thought about the closeness and friendships our class enjoys. I too get emotional looking at the picture of Ricky, Mike, Doug, Don and I. I can still hear Ricky's voice telling me he brought me some Black Sabbath music to play at the reunion for old times sake, he knew they were my favorite band. Thanks for taking the time and caring, good friends are hard to come by.

A note from Jamey Lill...to Ricky..
Ricky,
After so many years, it was great to see you last Fall! I'll always remember all the great times we had on the Cardinals at Prospect and at WIU. I'll also never forget the time your brought your new girlfirend to my house and my dog greeted her by peeing directly in her shoe without getting a drop on the carpet. I'll miss you buddy and so will many others.
Your pal,
Jamey

Ricky was a great music lover.....

Ricky loved to play the flute.....
